Yield: 3000/3500 kg/ha

Harvest: manually in boxes at the end of august

Fermentation: so pressing of the full grapes (0,6 atm), static seling at 8°C for 24/36 hours, fermentation in small tank for 3 weeks.

Bottle production: 2500 boles 0,75l

Alcohol : 13.5%

Color : intense straw yellow

Nose: thea, peach, tropical fruits

Production Area: Barberino Val d’Elsa (Barberino Tavarnelle)

Altitude: 320 m a.s.l.
