Grapes: 100% Trebbiano

Harvest: manually in boxes at the beginning of september

Fermentation: with indigenous yeasts in jaar of 8 hl of capacity in absence of controlled temperature. Manual punching during the entire alcoholic fermentation. Maceration on peelings for 5 months

Ageing: 1 month on the noble dregs and at least 3 months in the bottle

Bottle production: 980 bottles of 0’75l

Alcohol: 12,5%

Color: intense yellow

Nose: dry and firm. Floral with fine scents of hawthorn, delicated fruits, apricot and peach. Savory and dry.

Production Area: Barberino Val d’Elsa (Barberino Tavarnelle)

Altitude: 370 m a.s.l.

Vineyards: planted in 1961 and 1986

Soil: medium mixture, mainly sand and clay.
