    Harvested manually, then for 4 months 50% of the wine ages in barrels, the other 50% in steel. Subsequently, the wine goes through a 6 months aging period inside the bottle.

    Bouquet of plum, cherry and violet.





    Chianti Classico 2012, 2013

      100%

    Harvested manually, then matured and aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

    Robust body, with a bouquet of black fruits and eucalyptus.





    Forasacco IGT Bianco 2014



    • Chardonnay
      70%
    • Pinot grigio
      25%
    • Traminer
      5%

    Harvested manually in boxes. Followed by six months of maturing in a concrete tank and then a six month bottled ageing process.
    Bouquet of tea, chamomile and peach.
