    The company has 7000 olive trees, which are made up of traditional Tuscan varieties: Frantoio-Moraiolo, Leccino, Pendolino e Correggiolo

    A few hours after harvesting, the olives are mechanically cold pressed in the estate mill.

    The intensity of the aroma; which would be described as fruity, spicy and with a hint of artichoke, changes according to the annual production of each variety.
