The farm’s supplies come directly from the 26 hectares
of vineyards and 7,000 olive trees.
A Chianti, a Chianti Classico, and an IGT white wine made from a mix of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Gewurztraminer as well as our extra virgin olive oil.
The harvest is done manually with special attention to the selection of the grapes in the vineyard and in the winery.
Even the olive harvest is manually processed, they are then immediately cold pressed in our mill in the centre of the Town of Barberino Val d'Elsa.
