    The farm’s supplies come directly from the 26 hectares
    of vineyards and 7,000 olive trees.
    A Chianti, a Chianti Classico, and an IGT white wine made from a mix of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Gewurztraminer as well as our extra virgin olive oil.
    The harvest is done manually with special attention to the selection of the grapes in the vineyard and in the winery.
    Even the olive harvest is manually processed, they are then immediately cold pressed in our mill in the centre of the Town of Barberino Val d'Elsa.


    To date the spirit of hospitality that has always been laced in the farm’s history is alive and stronger than ever.
    In addition we continue to donate time to research and create more and improved products that are always in harmony with nature, as we strongly believe nature surrounds us and nourishes us. We believe that sharing is not only a useful and rewarding form of resistance, but necessary for our time.

    Thanks to Christiane, the company has always had a creative influence.
    Christiane, after finishing her art studies at the Academy of Arts, Berlin moved to Tuscany. The wine labels are designed by Christiane as well as other limited editions by artist friends.
